Vitamin® is interviewing for a qualified Graphic Designer.
Position Overview
Vitamin is seeking a Graphic Designer who believes great design should do more than look good. Someone who believes design should communicate quickly, be remembered effortlessly, and make an impact. We’re looking for someone who can translate strategy into purposeful creative that helps brands evolve into the next version of themselves. You’ll help shape brand systems, campaigns, and digital experiences.

Compensation
$60,000+ annual base salary + benefits
(Commensurate with experience, contract option available for the right candidate)
Job Role
- Design brand identities, logos, and visual systems
- Create sales collateral, advertising, and campaign creative
- Design web and digital interface assets with strong hierarchy and usability
- Translate creative direction and strategy into polished deliverables
- Collaborate with writers, strategists, and account leads to keep work aligned and accurate
- Present work internally with clear rationale, then iterate efficiently based on client feedback
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional design experience (agency experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, color, and brand consistency
- Comfortable balancing multiple projects at once with steady execution
- Working knowledge of modern digital design workflows and platforms
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
Nice-to-Haves
- Ability to draw or illustrate
- Experience designing interfaces for the web
- Experience with website wireframing
- Experience working in WordPress or other CMS platforms
