Vitamin® is conducting informational interviews for the anticipated hire of a new Account Services Manager.
Position Overview
Vitamin is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Account Services Manager to keep our client work running smoothly across multiple industries. This role is all about ensuring projects stay on track, dashboards stay accurate, and communication flows seamlessly between clients, our account leads, and our internal/external teams.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, grounded, and wise — someone who thrives on process, consistency, and team alignment rather than the spotlight. You’ll manage the “engine room” of client delivery: scheduling resources, updating dashboards, creating and managing tickets, and keeping projects accountable to deadlines and deliverables.
Compensation
- $65,000-$75,000 annual base salary + benefits
- Contract option may be available for the best-fit candidate
Job Role
- Manage and maintain 7+ client dashboards to ensure all deliverables, timelines, and statuses are current and accurate
- Oversee Vitamin’s internal dashboard, coordinating internal capacity planning and scheduling
- Create and manage project tickets, ensuring follow-through and completion with internal teams and external partners
- Schedule external resources (design, development, video, etc.), ensuring alignment and availability with project needs
- Act as a bridge between account directors and clients, keeping communication clear, consistent, and proactive
- Flag risks, delays, or resourcing issues early to maintain accountability and transparency
- Support leadership in ensuring projects stay within scope and budget by keeping dashboards and tickets precise
- Help refine internal processes to improve dashboard usage, ticketing flow, and resource scheduling efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account or project management, branding, PR, web, or marketing agency experience is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills — dashboards, tickets, and schedules are second nature to you
- Practical, reliable, wise, and execution-focused with low ego
- Comfortable with a collaborative, layered management style and able to work across multiple client teamsTech-savvy, with working knowledge of project management/ticketing tools
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with discipline and consistency
