We enable our developers to leverage their complete talent sets by bringing a process that results in solid stacks and strong creative. You will have direct access to clients and be involved in kick-off meetings and design presentations.
Who You Are
Technical Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of accessibility and front-end performance
- Strong understanding of design principles and how they relate to code
- Proficiency in an animation library, like GSAP
- Comfortable in Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience in WordPress
- Familiarity with PHP and templating languages, such as Twig
- Experience with Git
Team Requirements:
- Proactive communication
- 3-5 years of professional experience in an agency setting (or in-house)
- Able to prioritize tasks and hit deadlines
- Hybrid position; 3 days in office, 2 from home
- Eager to be a great team member with collaboration and adaptability
- Capable technical writer
- An expressed interest in emerging technology and software
- Driven to learn new processes, methods, and software
What You’ll Do
- Create high-quality frontends, working with designs in Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Produce performant, accessibility-minded code that works in all major browsers
- Work with designers to create smooth, responsive animations, from micro-interactions to large, scroll-based experiences
- Assist in the maintenance of existing sites, squashing bugs and adding new features
- Audit sites for performance, accessibility, and technical SEO issues
- Work with other developers to integrate frontends with a CMS and other back-end features
