Vitamin® is hiring a Senior Project Coordinator!
Vitamin is interviewing for a newly created position at our agency — Senior Project Coordinator. We’re looking for an individual who thrives in using knowledge and instinct for good problem solving. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate: practical thinking and an advanced ability to coordinate digital and integrated marketing projects with great accuracy and precision. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who has worked agency-side for several years and who understands the intricacies, fluidity, and collaborative yet action-focused nature of the agency setting as it relates to project and task coordination. Our new Senior Project Coordinator will help ensure the Vitamin team is supported in the management of project tasks, including website (design-build), landing pages and microsite, ad campaigns, email marketing, social media, etc.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working in an agency or similar setting where the management of marketing projects was a part of your primary role.
- Proven experience and the ability to talk in depth, during the interview process, about your work and project/task types.
- Ability to multi-task, follow process, hone in on the details — all with accuracy and precision — while also staying nimble enough to pivot with change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Experience working in project management systems, managing the flow of project tickets, and providing project status updates at a moment’s notice.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and some Adobe Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
