You’ll need stellar WordPress, JavaScript, and PHP skills. We enable our developers to leverage their complete talent sets by bringing a process that results in solid build work and strong creative. You will have direct access to clients and be involved in kick-off meetings and design presentations.
Must-Haves
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Working knowledge of MySQL, DNS, and basic server administration
- 4-6 years of development experience
- 2+ years working with WordPress
- Understanding of performance metrics, such as Web Vitals
- Ability to think conceptually and successfully execute a creative vision
- Passion to learn and succeed; ability to take well to constructive criticism
- Motivation to work individually and as a team in a fast-paced, client-centric business environment
- Attention to detail along with the ability to self manage and follow directions
Nice-To-Haves
- Experience with Laravel
- Experience coding emails and debugging email deliverability
- Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce platforms
- Proficiency in an animation library, like GSAP
- Agency background is a plus
